Who We Are
QPOC Hikers is based in the Pacific Northwest and exists to connect queer people of color with hiking and the outdoors by creating space to share stories and experiences, increasing visibility, representation, and awareness, and organizing opportunities for learning and growth.

Hello and thanks for checking out the QPOC Hikers shop!
I am a queer, non-binary, person of color who was born and raised in New York. I am a graphic designer and photographer by trade and an avid outdoor adventurer, hiker, climber, snowboarder, and cyclist. I have always loved the outdoors and being active, but my first camping experience in Yosemite National Park in 2013 solidified that love. Four years later, I moved to San Diego and developed a love for hiking while completing the 52 Hike Challenge. In 2019, I moved again, to the beautiful Pacific Northwest and started QPOC Hikers. QPOC Hikers meets monthly for in-person hikes and to share space.
